I take on work as 茨谷企画 (BARATANI KIKAKU), a sole proprietorship I have run since 2019 alongside my full-time role.
The work is the same as my day job: building and running web services, and making the technical and organizational decisions around them.
What I do
- Technical strategy and organizational design
- Development and operations support as an SRE or architect
- Cloud setup on AWS, including multi-account layouts
- Infrastructure as Code and container migration, from the first setup onward
- Monitoring and troubleshooting
- LLM and AI feature development
Consultation and mentoring are available on request rather than as a standing service. Mentoring runs on Discord or Slack, best effort.
